contained herein. By accessing our Site, by enrolling as a BondRewards® member,
by using the BondRewards® Program (the "Program"),

of this page, you agree that you have read and understand and agree
to these terms and conditions as they may be modified by BondRewards® from
time to time, (the "Terms of Use") and that your use
of this Site and your participation in the Program is subject to
these Terms of Use. The Program and Site are not directed to or
intended to be used by children under the age of eighteen (18)

product features and services are trademarks and/or service
marks of BondRewards® in the United States and other countries.
The Program is a proprietary program of BondRewards® for
which patent applications are pending. In connection with other
products and services, this Site may refer to trademarks and
service marks owned by third parties.
Permitted Uses
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring,
by implication, or any other legal theory, a license or right
to any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual
property right of BondRewards® , except those expressly

intellectual property rights owned by BondRewards® or

OR THROUGH BondRewards® SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY

Limitation of Liability
BondRewards® AND ITS PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL,
RELATING TO THE PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
PROGRAM OR USE OF INFORMATION, SERVICES, OR MERCHANDISE PROVIDED
ON OR THROUGH THIS SITE OR BondRewards® , WHETHER BASED ON
CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF BondRewards® OR
ITS PARTNERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW XCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES; SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MIGHT NOT APPLY TO
YOU. EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY RELATED TO PAYMENTS OWED BY BondRewards® PURSUANT
TO THE PROGRAM RULES, IN NO EVENT SHALL BondRewards® ' LIABILITY
TO ANY SITE USER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SITE
OR THE PROGRAM, EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF $100.
Indemnification
Site Users agree to defend, indemnify and hold BondRewards® ,
its Partners, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from
any liability, claim, demand, expense or damage, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, relating to use of this Site or the Program or
any breach of the provisions included in the Program Rules or these
Terms of Use.

controlled or maintained by BondRewards® . BondRewards® is
not responsible for the content of such websites and cannot guarantee
that such websites will not change without our knowledge, and inclusion
of such links on this Site is provided for purposes of convenience
only and does not imply BondRewards®' endorsement or approval
of the linked websites or their content.
User Submissions
Any communication posted to this Site is considered to be non-confidential.
By posting communications to this Site, Site Users automatically
grant BondRewards® a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable,
nonexclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify,
publish, edit, translate, distribute, and display the communication
alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology.
Site Users are responsible for their own communications and for
the consequences of their posting. Site Users must not post copyrighted

to remove any communications that it considers abusive, illegal
or disruptive.
Notification for Copyright Infringement
As required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, BondRewards® may,
under appropriate circumstances, revoke the access to this Site
and the Program of persons who may be infringing the copyright
of others. If a Site User believes that someone using this Site
or the Program is violating copyright, the Site User may provide
BondRewards® ' Copyright Agent (listed below) with the following
information: (i) a description of the work whose copyright has
allegedly been infringed; (ii) a description of the infringing
act, specifying location and time; (iii) the Site User's address,
telephone number and email address; (iv) a statement by the Site
User that he or she has a good faith belief that the disputed use
of the work is not authorized by the copyright owner; and (v) a
statement by the Site User, under penalty of perjury, that the
foregoing information is accurate and that the Site User is the

governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Washington,
U.S.A., without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any
action brought concerning these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy,
the Program Rules, Program or any products or services provided
in connection therewith shall be brought in a court of competent
jurisdiction in the State of Washington. The prevailing party
in any such action shall be entitled to reimbursement by the other
party of its expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable
attorneys' fees. These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the
Program Rules constitute the complete and exclusive understanding
between BondRewards® and Site User relating to the use of
the Site and participation in the Program and supersede all prior
or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications,
and/or advertising with respect to such subject matter.
BondRewards® '
failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these
Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Program Rules, if applicable,
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless
acknowledged and agreed to by BondRewards® in writing. If
any provision of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy or the
Program Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the
invalid or unenforceable provision shall, to the extent possible,
be interpreted so as to be valid and enforceable, or, alternatively,
shall be stricken without affecting the validity or enforceability
of any other provision.

be given by email, regular mail or by general posting on this
Site.
