Information Collection and Use When you visit BondRewards® or click on one of our links, we may automatically record your IP address, operating system, email address and browser version. We use this information to generate usage statistics and to ensure that our site and emails are accessible to the widest possible audience. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information ("Aggregated Information") from our visitors and customers. This aggregate information is used to help us diagnose technical problems and administer our site. None of this information is tied to your personally identifiable information. Registration In order to use all the features of this website, a user may be asked to complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give their basic contact information in order to maintain their account. The minimum level of information necessary to participate as a BondRewards® member is your legal name and zip code. Your email address is also required should you wish to enroll or access your account via the Internet. In addition, we may also collect other information, including your birthday, address, and gender. You may also submit additional information during the registration process that will help provide us with demographic or personal interest information about yourself. We may use this information to auto-fill registration forms with our various partners. Before using the information you submit in this way, however, we will always confirm that you wish to use this option. We collect information from our users at several different points on our website. We collect your legal name, email address, gender, age and address during our registration process. In addition to this information we collect your bank account information during the redemption process. You will only have to provide us with the bank account information if you wish to redeem for cash deposit directly into your bank account. If you do not choose this redemption type you will not have to provide your bank account information. The information we collect will be used to occasionally show you special offer and advertisements that are selected to match your interests and to bring you useful software applications and services that we think might make your internet experience more enjoyable. We determine your interests with surveys and registration questions and by collecting information about where you surf and how you search on the web. BondRewards® uses a cookie on its website during registration and at other times, including surveys. Usage of a cookie is linked to personal information and activities while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users, to display the most appropriate advertisements, and to enhance the experience on our site. Web Beacons Web beacons are electronic images (also called a "single-pixel GIF"). This technology tells us how many visitors clicked on key elements of our website. We may use this technology to access your personally identifiable information; BondRewards Member Id is the only personally identifiable information we use on Web Beacons. BondRewards Member Id is unique id generated internally by BondRewards application. Other Information we use on Web Beacons are BondRewards Offer details, If a members take up an offer the details about the offer and transaction. it is also a tool we use to compile aggregated statistics about BondRewards® website usage. We may include web beacons on popup windows, in search functionality, on browser pages, web pages, or in email messages in order to count how many recipients have viewed these messages. Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are stored on our servers along with personally identifiable information. We log the IP address, page, date, and accountid (our internal key that identifies which of our members is accessing the system). The account id can then be tied to the member’s personal information. In general, we only make this link in aggregate form. Sharing BondRewards® website is framed and co-branded; when you click to one of our partner’s links, you will frequently see a BondRewards frame at the top of the page; this is a tool for navigational purposes, it allows you to easily return to the BondRewards site. Each of these sites have separate privacy policies and different data-collection practices from BondRewards and we are not responsible for the actions or practices of these third parties, or for the content on these sites. The privacy practices of other websites are not covered by this policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of their sites. We do not rent or sell your personal information to anyone without your express consent. In order to provide you with information about offers and services you have indicated an interest in, we may provide certain of your personal information to specific advertisers to allow them to provide information about the offer or service to you in the most convenient and meaningful form. When you identify yourself as a BondRewards® member to one of our affiliated merchants, you are authorizing the merchant and BondRewards® to share transactional information with Bond Rewards in order to facilitate your membership rewards accounting. You are also authorizing BondRewards® to share your contact information with the merchant to whom you gave your BondRewards® member number. The merchant and BondRewards® will utilize this information in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Please be sure to understand the privacy policy for each merchant to whom you give your BondRewards® member number. Contact merchants directly to obtain their most updated privacy policies. When we provide you with links in our emails, they may include a special tracking code, unique to you, which allows us to determine which content and advertisements are most popular. We may share this data in aggregate form or in individual form (email address and legal name) with affiliates, partners, or other third parties. You may opt out of having your information share with third parties by clicking on the opt-out link provided in the email. Companies placing advertising on BondRewards® site or to whom you can link from BondRewards' site or participating BondRewards® merchants may collect information about you when you view their advertising or access their site or identify yourself to them as our member. BondRewards® is not responsible for the collection and information practices of these other sites & advise you to review their individual privacy statements for their practices around privacy. We use a third party service provider to serve email newsletters and email offers on our site. When a user registers on our site, you’re automatically signed up to receive newsletters, subscriptions, hot deals surveys and coupons from us. To stop receiving these emails, sign into your account and update your “Email Preferences”. Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will disclose your personal information, without notice, only when required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on BondRewards® such as in complying with a judicial proceeding, subpoena or court order; (b) protect and defend the copyrights or property of BondRewards®; (c) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or violations of BondRewards® terms of service or terms of use; and (d) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of BondRewards® sites, or the public. Optional Surveys & Contests From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Rewards Programs In participating in our reward program, we track your activity using your email address and share your email address with the reward sponsor and any third parties involved with fulfillment of the reward. We may also provide additional personally identifiable information about you as we deem necessary for fulfilling a reward. We will only share your email address and legal name; you can opt-out by visiting our preferences page and updating your preferences. We will maintain records to keep track of the rewards you earn from your purchases with our affiliate partners. We will enable you to use our website to view your rewards account balances and recent account activity as well as update your account profile by registering on our site and accessing your information by logging in. When you redeem your rewards for US cash, we are required to obtain your bank account number, routing number and name on the account before transferring your rewards directly to your savings account. You will only have to provide us with this information once or when you are updating/adding new bank accounts. This information is all encrypted. We and our banking partners will share certain personal information (such as your savings account number and bank name), for purposes of fulfilling your reward. Additionally, we may use the name of your banking institution to contact you about relevant savings or promotional opportunities, unless you opt out of receiving such messages. You can opt-out by visiting our preferences page. Contact Pages We use our Contact pages to collect information about you. In the case of customer support questions, we use the information to help diagnose and address consumer questions. Although we collect this information, we may combine this with any information we have about your preferences or interests to provide you a better user experience. We may also send you a monthly email with your current rewards totals along with promotional announcements from our participating merchants, as well as announcements regarding new merchant partners. You can unsubscribe to these emails at any time. You can opt-out of receiving emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in the emails or by visiting our preferences page. BondRewards.com is a free service, in order to maintain an account in good standing we require you to receive transactional emails with financial information about your BondRewards.com account. Transactional emails are emails that contain information about your BondRewards transactions and account balance. You can opt-out of the promotional emails, newsletters and third party-offers by visiting our preferences page. Updating Personal Information If a member's personally identifiable information changes (such as address or email), members may log on to the account management function utilizing personal username and password information and make the appropriate changes. We request that you update your account when any of your contact information changes. If a user no longer desires our service, we ask them to opt-out of our mailings and to cancel their accounts by contacting service@bondrewards.com. Should you cancel your membership, all accumulated rewards that are not redeemed are forfeited and become the property of BondRewards®. See the Terms and Conditions for more information regarding termination of your membership. Protection of Children's Personal Information BondRewards® does not publish content that is targeted to children. We do not specifically collect information about children and believe that children should get their parents' consent before giving out any personal information. Furthermore, we do not knowingly accept registrations from persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, do not register or submit personal information to BondRewards®. Notification of Changes to our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this privacy page so our users are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. If so, we will provide you with notice either by displaying an online pop-up communication or sending an email message. It is possible that in some cases you might be required to actively "accept" the new Privacy Policy in order to continue using BondRewards®. We will also continue to prominently publish the current BondRewards® Privacy Policy on our website. If we make material changes to our site or the manner in which we utilize the information we collect from you, we will notify users by way of an email.
