1. Collection of Information
BondRewards collects both personal and non-personal information using the methods listed below. Our primary purpose in collecting such information is to provide you with a personalized BondRewards experience by displaying content and delivering offers that are likely to be of interest to you.
2. Information Collected at Registration
You are free to view portions of the BondRewards Website without registering for BondRewards. However, to take advantage of the offers available at BondRewards and to access the areas of the BondRewards Website reserved for members, you must register to become a member of the Program. Unless and until you register to become a member of the Program we collect no personal information from you.
BondRewards asks you to provide us with contact information (including your first and last name, mailing address, email address and telephone number) and limited demographic information (including your year and month of birth and gender) when you register with us. Registration is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice as to whether or not to disclose this information. The registration form may change from time to time. However, only information marked "required" is necessary for registration and utilization of our services. Once you register with BondRewards, you are not anonymous to us. We also collect information from you as you use our services and interact with offers from our advertisers and merchant partners.
3. Information Collected Automatically
A. Cookies and Web Beacons
When you visit the BondRewards Website as a Program member, the server automatically recognizes you by your cookie. This cookie acts as a unique identifier and is linked to your personal information, which allows us to personalize the BondRewards Website to your specified interests and allows you to access your member account features more easily. It also allows us to keep track of your activity on our site and allows us to properly credit BondDollars™ to your account. This information may be added to your personal profile and used to deliver offers and advertisements that are more relevant to your interests. We and our advertiser and merchant partners also use third-party cookies and clear pixel GIFs (also known as "web beacons") to count page views, measure email responses and track transaction activity corresponding to specific offers across multiple sites. For example, some BondRewards' advertisers and merchant partners use third-party cookies to identify you as a BondRewards member when you visit their sites from our site. This enables them to report your transaction activity to BondRewards so we are able to properly credit your account with BondDollars. We may also use this transaction information to provide you with more timely relevant offers, products and services.
Full participation in the Program is dependent upon you setting your browser configuration to accept cookies, including third-party cookies. If you elect to disable cookies, you may not be able to participate in the Program.
B. Log Files and Clickstream Data
For each visitor to our website (including visitors who are not members of the Program), our server automatically recognizes and records the following information:
- browser type (e.g., Internet Explorer)
- operating system (e.g., Windows)
- IP address
- requested document (the page you're looking at)
- referring URL (the page you came from if within the BondRewards.com site)
- date and time of your visit.
In addition, for visitors who are members of our Program, our server automatically recognizes and records the following additional information:
- your registered BondRewards Account ID and any Visit IDs
- details of any transactions involving our advertisers or merchant partners.
This information, sometimes called log-file or clickstream data, is used to monitor site performance and ensure the Program functions properly. If you are a member, it may also be appended to your personal profile so that we may further tailor the Program to your interests.
4. Information Collected Via Online Surveys, Sweepstakes and Other Promotions
From time to time we may provide you with the opportunity to participate in contests, sweepstakes or surveys. If you choose to participate, we will request certain personal information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice as to whether or not to disclose this information. We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes. We may also use the information gathered to better personalize your BondRewards Program experience.
5. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
A. Advertisers and Merchant Partners
We do not rent, share, trade or sell your personal information to anyone for promotional purposes without your express consent. We do share data with our advertisers and merchant partners in aggregate form (in a manner designed to ensure you are not identified personally) so that they may better evaluate what products and services are most appealing to different segments of our member base. We also occasionally pass personal information via a secure interface to certain of our advertisers for the purpose of making it easier for you to sign up for their offers (a process known as auto-fill). However, this information is only to be used by the advertiser if you agree to submit the information to the advertiser for the purposes of completing an offer.
B. Redemption Providers
If you elect to redeem accrued BondDollars for a cash deposit into your bank account or the bank account of a third party, we require you to provide us with account information related to your financial institution in order to make the required deposit. We may also use this information to provide you with more relevant offers through the Program. If you elect to redeem accrued BondDollars for a U.S. Treasury Bond, you are required to create a Treasury Direct account and provide us with the necessary account information. Redemption is voluntary and you therefore have a choice as to whether or not to disclose this information.

We may, without your consent, access and disclose your personal information, any communications sent or received by you, and any other information that we may have about you or your account in the following circumstances: as may be permitted or required by law, regulation, rule or court order; pursuant to requests from governmental, regulatory or administrative agencies or law enforcement authorities; or to prevent, investigate, identify persons or organizations potentially involved in, or take any action regarding, suspected fraud, violations of the BondRewards Terms of Service or any activity that appears to us to be illegal or may expose us to legal liability. Additionally, we may disclose your personal information in situations that we believe to be emergencies involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or property if we believe that your personal information in any way relates to that threat.

7. Access to Personal Information
You may change or update your personal contact and certain demographic information by accessing your account on the BondRewards Website. You may also change this information by contacting us in the manner described in Section 6 above.
8. Opting Out of Promotional Emails and Cancelling Your Membership
We employ a strict policy against sending unsolicited email. We only engage in email marketing to those members who have elected to receive email from us, including promotional email and newsletters. If you later decide you wish to cease participation in the email marketing part of our Program, you may do so at any time by changing your online account settings or by contacting us in the manner described in Section 6 above. In addition, each promotional email we send you contains a link to unsubscribe or "opt out" of receiving future emails. If you are not interested in receiving promotional email or newsletters from us, you may choose to opt out from receiving such email or cancel your membership.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us in the manner described in Section 6. Please note that cancelling your membership does not require us to delete your personal information from our servers and archives, although we may do so in the ordinary course of business. We archive member information as a part of our normal backup processes, in order to, among other things, respond to future requests for redemption of accrued BondDollars, to the extent available under the Program's Terms of Service, and to provide a record in case of questions regarding past account transactions.

10. Tell a Friend™
If you elect to use our Tell a Friend™ referral service to inform your friends about BondRewards, you will be asked to provide your friends' names and email addresses. We will then automatically send your friends one or more email messages (which may include your name and email address) inviting them to visit the BondRewards Website. We ask for this information for the sole purpose of sending these emails and tracking the success of our referral program. We will not disclose this information to any third party for promotional purposes, other than to introduce your friends to our Program.
11. Third Party Service Providers
The following describes the types of third party service providers that we may employ from time to time in order to enhance your experience of the Program. We will only provide these third parties with the personal information they need to deliver the service that we require. These providers are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of any information that we provide them and are prohibited from using that information for any promotional purposes.
A. Data Collection
To provide you with certain Services, we may partner with third party service providers to collect data and/or provide certain Services on our behalf in order to enhance your experience with the Program.
B. Database Enhancement
We occasionally send the information we gather about our members to third-party data processors to organize, process and/or analyze the data on our behalf (to help ensure it is accurate and up-to-date) or on behalf of third-party advertisers and merchants they may represent (who may then receive information about our membership base in aggregate, anonymous form, in order to better tailor their marketing efforts to you interests).
C. Other Services
We occasionally use third parties to provide other services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of email, conducting surveys, contests and sweepstakes, providing customer support, processing transactions, hosting our Program enrollment pages, or performing statistical analysis of our services. In some cases, these service providers may retain a record of the information they collect for purposes of verifying their receipt of any fees we may be obligated to pay them.
D. Offsite Data Processing
We have established companywide industry-standard security practices for your protection. These practices include, but are not limited to, firewall security, the use of appropriate encryption technology (such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software), and the use of multiple levels of password security to limit access to data on a "need-to-know" basis. We secure your sensitive information with a digital security technology provided by VeriSign/RSA, a trusted leader in digital security. As an extra precaution, please make sure that you are using the latest version of an SSL-enabled browser and that you never disclose your BondRewards password to anyone.

The Platform Provider does not collect any personally identifiable information from you other than as described in this policy and enforces strict privacy policies. Platform Provider protects your privacy rights and maintains the following privacy practices as further detailed below, and requires BondRewards and other third parties that may provide you with content as part of the Application and/or content that may be reached by use of the Application, to do the same.
1. No Spyware Policy
The Application does NOT collect or transmit Personally Identifiable Information and does not monitor your personal use of the Application. "Personally Identifiable Information" means information that would identify you personally (for example: your login credentials to a third party website, information about content you use on the web, etc.).
The Application sends unidentifiable and non-personal statistical data to enable quality assurance, improve the quality of the services and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external customers. Such non-personal data includes unidentifiable and general usage of the Application (for example statistical usage data can be sent if you open or close the Application), but does not include Personally Identifiable Information, other than as specifically described herein. You may choose not to send such statistical data at any time from the Application Options dialog box.
As part of the functionality available on your Toolbar, Platform Provider may offer you search features provided by Platform Provider and/or Third Parties. Platform Provider does not collect personally identifiable information related to search.
2. Third Party Features and Content
BondRewards or you may choose to add features or content to the Application. These features or content may be in the form of apps, buttons, gadgets and others. In the event that these features or content may require the collection of your Personally Identifiable Information, BondRewards or the third party providing the features or content must present to you a clear disclosure of the information that will be collected and you should have the opportunity to decide whether or not to share such information or alternatively not use or remove the features or content. The Platform Provider encourages you to read the terms of service and privacy policies offered by BondRewards http://www.bondrewards.com/privacypolicy or the third parties prior to using any of their features or content. Should you suspect that BondRewards or a third party is not respecting your privacy rights in their collection of information, please contact Platform Provider at email@example.com.
You may also choose to activate additional features that provide you with the ability to update and use your favorite social networks directly from the Application.
During such activation you will be asked to grant the Platform Provider permission to compile certain information from such social network systems. This information may include friends or contacts lists, notes and updates and photos, and may be used by the Platform Provider to help you personalize your Application, suggest new features and content that may be relevant to you or provide the Platform Provider with data for statistical purposes. If you elect to permit the Platform Provider to access this information, the Platform Provider will be able to see and use this information and thus you may be changing your preexisting privacy settings, however Platform Provider does not have control over privacy settings in your social network account. Please see your social network provider policies for any questions or concerns. The information will be protected by the Platform Provider in accordance with its strict privacy policies [available at - http://www.conduit.com/privacy]. We urge you to read these policies in their entirety, but it is important to note that the Platform Provider does not sell or rent any Personal Identifiable Information it compiles to any third parties. Platform Provider may provide non-identifiable, general statistical and demographic information to BondRewards or its other web publishers from time to time. You may opt not to grant Platform Provider access to your social network account(s) at any time by changing your social network settings or by not authorizing Platform Provider access.
3. No Adware Policy
You will not be required to view obtrusive ads in order to use the application.
The Application does not enable other software applications to access data stored on your computer's hard drive or in your personal online accounts. Changing your web search preferences, modifying web pages that you visit or accepting third party offers is not required in order to use the Application. You may voluntarily opt to change your search preferences (if applicable), add components or accept notifications, offers or other features from BondRewards or other third parties. Please note that while visiting a website, third parties, including Platform Provider, can detect whether or not an Application is installed in your browser.
5. Easy uninstall
You can easily uninstall the Application or any feature or content that is embedded on it at any time. To uninstall any feature or content simply go to the Application Options dialog box, and to uninstall the Application just use the standard uninstall processes that are available as part of your operating system, your internet browser or similar software uninstall options (for example: add/remove programs in Windows, Add-on removal in Firefox, etc.).
6. Easy deactivation
You can easily deactivate your Application at any time by using the standard deactivation features available in your internet browser (for example: by clicking the "View" menu in your browser selecting the name of the Application and then clicking on it)
7. Full control
You have full control over the Application and can modify your preferences at any time (including the components and features you have added to the Application), from the Options dialog box of the Application.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have a reason to believe that your rights have been infringed upon while using the Application, please contact the Platform Provider via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your e-mail is received, the Platform Provider will review it to ensure that the privacy practices provided herein are enforced.
