Have a question? We're here to help. Terms of Service The following provisions (the “Program Rules”) form the basis of the BondRewards® Program (the “Program”). Your participation in the Program is governed by these Program Rules and the Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) of this website (the “Site”) and you (“you” or “Member”) agree to these Program Rules as a condition of your enrollment in the Program. The Program is offered by Lealta Media, Inc. (formerly UCB Network) and its affiliates (collectively “BondRewards®”) and BondRewards® has the right to terminate or change the Program in whole or in part at any time. For purposes of clarity, the term “BondRewards™” shall refer to points or other awards awarded by BondRewards®, as the context implies. Membership Only individuals eighteen (18) years or older and residing in the United States may enroll in the Program and become BondRewards® members. The Program and Site are not directed to or intended to be used by children under the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under eighteen (18) years old do not use or access the Program. BondRewards® memberships and its right to use is limited to one individual per BondRewards® account. BondRewards® does not charge a membership fee to participate in the Program. Member Agreement As a registered BondRewards® member or user of the BondRewards® Site, you agree to comply with the terms of all BondRewards® offers, promotions, and programs at all times. Member agrees to provide only accurate and true information to BondRewards® at all times. Member agrees not to engage in any activities intended to defraud BondRewards®. Member agrees not to create multiple accounts for the purposes of obtaining referral awards of BondRewards™, or obtaining any BondRewards™ that you would not qualify for if you had only one account with BondRewards®. Member acknowledges that rewards offers are personal to Member and may not be further distributed to others. Member agrees not to engage in any purchase and refund activities with any Partner for the sole purpose of obtaining awards of BondRewards™. Member agrees not to post any materials on the BondRewards® Site that are not specifically authorized or permitted by BondRewards® in writing. Member agrees not to post any obscene, unlawful or otherwise detrimental material in any form on BondRewards®, or its Partner, websites; or undertake any activities in connection with the Program that are unlawful under any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. Member agrees NOT to attempt to access any of BondRewards'® databases or information that is not expressly permitted by BondRewards® in writing. Member agrees not to infringe any patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property of any kind that belongs to BondRewards®, BondRewards® Partners, or any third party. Member agrees to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password so as not to allow unauthorized access to your account information or awards of BondRewards®. Member agrees to read and agree to the BondRewards® Privacy Policy and authorize use of your personal information in accordance with all of the terms contained therein and to comply with all terms of BondRewards® Partners' offers, promotions and programs at all times. Member agrees to promptly notify BondRewards® of any change in address (mail or email) by updating your personal information on our Site. BondRewards® reserves the right to terminate or disable any BondRewards® membership and rescind all unredeemed BondRewards™ contained in the account in the event that any BondRewards® member is in violation of the above. Member understands and agrees disabling of membership will results in Member’s inability to redeem and/get BondRewards™. Member understands and agrees termination of membership will result in the cancellation of all of the Member’s BondRewards™. Getting BondRewards™ As a BondRewards® member in good standing, you are eligible to be awarded BondRewards™ in accordance with these Program Rules. Currently, BondRewards™ can be accrued by purchasing goods or services from Program Partners. BondRewards® may at any time, in its sole discretion, establish, remove or exclude any means of accruing BondRewards™. BondRewards® reserves the right to make certain awards of BondRewards™ selectively available to certain members based on geographic location, program participation, or other factors determined at BondRewards®' sole discretion. All award percentages stated on BondRewards®' Site, its Partner websites, or any marketing materials, collateral, and advertising done for the purposes of promoting the Program, are rebated in the form of BondRewards™, BondRewards®' proprietary currency. Rewards are subject to change at any time without notice. Inquiries regarding rewards not received must be received by BondRewards® within ninety (90) days after the initial purchase. Individual BondRewards™ have no stated or implied value until such time as such BondRewards™ have been redeemed for any rewards offered within the Program. BondRewards™ may not be traded, bartered or redeemed for cash unless expressly stated within the Program. Any BondRewards™ transferred, assigned or sold in violation of the Program Rules, in addition to exposing the Member to the penalties that may otherwise be associated with such violations, may be confiscated or cancelled. The use of BondRewards™ that have been acquired by purchase, barter, or other conduct in violation of Program Rules may result in confiscation of the BondRewards™. BondRewards® reserves the right to cancel or disable any account and expire unredeemed BondRewards™ in those accounts that are inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more. Inactive is defined as a lack of one of the following: website transaction, participation in email offers, survey completion, profile update or purchases from one of our Partners accessed through the Site. Partners BondRewards® “Partners” are businesses that rebate a portion of your purchases into your BondRewards® account for purchases made through such businesses. Partners may charge fees for offers related to the Program. BondRewards™ accumulated in a Member's account as a result of purchases made or services acquired through BondRewards®' Partners may be reflected in a Member's account before BondRewards® receives payment from such Partner. BondRewards® will make every effort to ensure payment is made by the relevant Partner on all BondRewards™ reflected in a Member's account. In the unlikely event that a Partner does not make payment to BondRewards® for such BondRewards™, BondRewards® reserves the right to reverse any BondRewards™ in a Member's account. However, in such case, BondRewards® shall notify affected parties as to the cause of such reversal. Members understand that, in some cases, there may be delay in the crediting of BondRewards™ awarded by Partners due to a Partner's failure to provide necessary information to BondRewards® for such crediting of BondRewards™. In such event, BondRewards® will not be responsible or liable for the delay or failure to credit BondRewards™. BondRewards® and its Partners also reserve the right to change the amount of BondRewards™ associated with each qualifying purchase at any time, but no such change will affect any BondRewards™ earned prior to such change being stated on the BondRewards® Site or on the Partner's website. By participating in the Program, members understand and acknowledge that their names and addresses may be shared with some or all Partners and that they may receive promotional materials, mailings and emails from BondRewards® and its Partners. A Member may, however, preclude receipt of any such materials by advising BondRewards® in writing of his or her desire to be excluded from any such Partner mailings or communications. BondRewards® is not responsible and assumes no liability for any changes or discontinuances of service from Partners that may affect offers or the accrual of BondRewards™. Transferability of BondRewards™ BondRewards™ earned in your account may be transferred at any time to any other BondRewards® member account in good standing. All Transactional BondRewards™ available for transfer will be reflected as “Amount of BondRewards™.” Redemption of BondRewards™ You may redeem your balance of fifty (50) BondRewards™ for a fifty dollar ($50) US Savings Bond. In order to redeem your account balance you must choose your redemption and complete our simple form indicating whose name you want the bond to be issued in and where to send it. The U.S. Treasury will typically issue your bond within three (3) weeks of notification and, send it directly to the address you provided during the redemption process. It will not be marked with any BondRewards® logo or identifiable marks to help ensure secure delivery. Alternatively, you may redeem your balance of fifty (50) BondRewards™ for twenty-five dollars ($25) to be deposited in a bank account that you provide. In order to redeem your account balance you must choose your redemption and complete our simple form indicating the bank account to which the money should be routed. In order to qualify for a redemption your account balance must meet the minimum 5.00 transactional rewards requirement. Transactional rewards are rewards from purchases at one of our participating stores. Audit of Accounts BondRewards® reserves the right to audit a BondRewards® account at any time to determine compliance with these Program Rules, without notice to the Member. In the event an audit reveals a discrepancy or possible violation, the processing of a redemption request may be delayed pending completion of the audit. BondRewards® may adjust the balance of the Member's account based on the results of such audit. Indemnification Member agrees to indemnify and hold BondRewards®, its affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, or damage, including attorney’s fees relating to the use of BondRewards® or violation of these Program Rules. Termination of Accounts Should a member object to any of the terms and conditions of these Program Rules, the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use or to any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with BondRewards®, or the Program, the Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in BondRewards® and to terminate his or her membership. BondRewards® members may terminate their accounts at any time and for any reason by notifying BondRewards® via email at service@bondrewards.com or via letter submitted to: Lealta Media Inc. d/b/a BondRewards Termination of a Member's account shall be effective five (5) days after BondRewards® receives the Member's written termination request. Members may not earn BondRewards™ after termination. Any balance of Transactional BondRewards™ may be redeemed in accordance with Program Rules, transferred or donated within twelve (12) months after termination. All unredeemed Bonus BondRewards ™ are forfeited at the time of account termination. Rights BondRewards® reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who appears to be using BondRewards® in a manner inconsistent with the terms or intent of these Program Rules, or the Terms of Use. In cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of the Program Rules or the Terms of Use, BondRewards® shall be the sole determiner and any decision it makes relating to termination of membership (including cancellation of BondRewards®) shall be final and binding. BondRewards® reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue the Program, with or without notice to the Member. BondRewards® shall not be liable to Member or any Partner should BondRewards® exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Program. This Program is subject to the Terms of Use, including all disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth therein.
